Welcome to Bluework Rentals. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and equipment rental services. By accessing our site or renting equipment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID is required.
Certain rentals may require proof of insurance or prior operator experience.
2. Rental Periods
Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, weekend, or monthly basis.
The rental period begins at the time equipment is delivered or picked up and ends when it is returned and inspected.
Late returns may incur additional daily fees.
3. Payments & Fees
Full payment or deposit is required before equipment release.
Accepted payment methods include [list methods: credit card, debit, cash, etc.].
Additional fees may apply for:
Delivery and pickup services
Fueling or cleaning upon return
Excessive wear or damage
Lost keys or accessories
4. Delivery & Pickup
Bluework Rentals offers delivery and pickup for an additional charge.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access and site readiness.
Missed delivery/pickup attempts may result in extra charges.
5. Equipment Use & Responsibility
Rented equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in compliance with all safety guidelines.
The customer assumes all risks associated with equipment operation.
The customer is responsible for:
Proper operation and routine care during rental
Returning equipment in the same condition it was provided
Reporting any malfunctions or damages immediately
6. Damage, Loss, & Liability
Customers are financially responsible for loss, theft, or damage (excluding normal wear and tear).
If equipment fails due to mechanical issues not caused by misuse, Bluework Rentals will provide repairs or replacement.
Bluework Rentals is not liable for project delays, injuries, or damages arising from equipment misuse or breakdowns.
7. Fuel Policy
Equipment must be returned with a full tank of fuel unless otherwise agreed.
Refueling charges will apply if returned empty or partially filled.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least [X hours/days] before the scheduled rental start to avoid fees.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Bluework Rentals.
No refunds for unused rental days once equipment has been delivered or picked up.
9. Insurance & Safety
Customers may be required to provide proof of liability or equipment insurance for certain rentals.
Operators must follow all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Bluework Rentals may refuse rental if safety requirements are not met.
10. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes only and may change without notice.
All images, text, and branding are the property of Bluework Rentals and may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of US. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts.
